Dear Parents & Carers, Thank you for your money contribution and consent for the trip to the Butterfly Farm. The children in Year 2 will be visiting Stratford Butterfly Farm and Park on Thursday 3rd November 2022.
We will be departing from school at approximately 9:15am and leaving Stratford at 2:15pm, hopefully arriving back at the school premises by the end of the school day.
Children should be in full school uniform and will need to bring with them:
- A packed lunch (If your child is entitled to free school meals, please ensure you order the sandwich option for the day online. Children who are not entitled to free school meals and wish to pay to have a packed lunch provided by the kitchen should also order this in advance).
- A full water bottle
- Spending money will not be required.
- A Waterproof coat.
